- Your company name and the number of people you want to cover
- The type of coverage you are interested in and any message you choose to send
Please do not send medical or health details through the website form. If health information is needed for an insurance application, we will collect it separately through the insurer's official forms.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
- To prepare the comparison or proposal you requested
- To contact you about your request by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or email
- To keep a record of your request and our response
We process your information based on the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Who we share it with
- Partner insurers and HMO providers, only the details needed to obtain proposals for you, such as company name, headcount and coverage needs.
- Service providers that help us run this website and receive form submissions, including our website host and form delivery service. Some of these providers may store data outside the Philippines. We use reputable providers with security safeguards in place.
- Government authorities, only when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request. If you do not become a client, we delete it within one (1) year of your last contact with us. If you become a client, we keep records for the period required by law and by our partner insurers.
How we protect it
This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to submitted information is limited to authorized Cacho Insurance Agency personnel who need it to serve you.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, to file a complaint, and to damages where applicable.
